Jennie Edwards is a wife of more than 13 years, to her dream guy. ‘He is the reason I get to serve the Lord. He holds my hands up when I am tired through his encouragement and positive attitude about life. He constantly helps me, coming along side me to do dishes, cook, clean, play with the kids, and make everyone happy.’ Jennie is a mother to FIVE girls in Florence, South Carolina. She is an aerobics instructor. She has had much tragedy in her life and has found Jesus to be her EVERYTHING. Her Mother and Father both died within one year of each other. Her first child died in utero. She speaks with boldness and authority when she teaches. She is a natural encourager and motivator. Her love of God’s Word is contagious and her joy is from God. She loves going into all the world as a missionary sharing the gospel. She is a bright light in a dark world. Jennie is THE REAL DEAL. Her theme song is “All I know is I’m not home yet. This is not where I belong. Take this world and give me Jesus.” “My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.” Psalm 73:26

Mellette Chatham‘s life changed after God revealed Himself to her through the first conference 5 years ago. She spoke as our “single girl” for 2 years but now she is a brand new BRIDE! After waiting and praying for God to give her a godly husband to serve Him with, God wrote her fairytale and she met and married Gabe Chatham. She lives in South Carolina and just had her brand new baby GIRL! She loves the Word of God and pouring her life into younger women. She has a beautiful story of redemption. Mellette rocks the house when she teaches girls how to LIVE while they are single. “put your hope in the Lord, for with the LORD is unfailing love and with him is FULL REDEMPTION.” Ps 130:7
Abby Arthur is a senior in college. After the spark was ignited at a His Proposal Conference in 2012, she has been set on fire ever since. This will be her third year as the “single girl”on the His Proposal team – she’s very single and very in love with Jesus! Teaching the Bible is Abby’s passion, firmly believing God trains her tongue to unfold the Word of God with boldness and faithfulness. Abby enjoys this season of life studying and working, as well as hiking, hanging out with friends, being in her cozy apartment, and watching sunrises in a cow pasture. She also loves to write and blogs at knowandunderstand.blogspot.com. Her mission verse is: “But I do not account my life of any value nor as precious to myself, if only I may finish my course and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the Grace of God!” Acts 20:24
Kaysie Strickland believes that the gospel changes everything. God has called her to be a servant of the Word and to His people through displaying the reckless restoration that God makes available through Jesus. She feels called to write, teach, counsel, and serve God’s daughters by using words that speak life into the wastelands. She enjoys writing on her blog about the gifts found in suffering, the beauty of Scripture, and the hope that outshines any darkness we face on this earth. Kaysie resides in Chattanooga, TN, with her husband and two crazy mutts. She and her hubby are expecting their first baby (a boy!) in February!
These verses make her heart race: “Therefore, having this ministry by the mercy of God, we do not lose heart. But we have renounced disgraceful, underhanded ways. We refuse to practice cunning or to tamper with God’s word, but by the open statement of the truth we would commend ourselves to everyone’s conscience in the sight of God…. For what we proclaim is not ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, with ourselves as your servants for Jesus’ sake. For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.” (2 Corinthians 4:1-2, 5-6)
